If you find a website online that you like, please provide the URL to us and let us know what features you like (and what you don't like), so we can match your vision. Feel free to provide multiple sites if necessary. If you don't have an idea in mind, please review our Portfolio page to gather inspiration. If you prefer to leave it entirely to us, our design team will come up with a professional layout for you.
Every site we build is built with foundational Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques. This includes site-level setups such as a sitemap, robots.txt file, proper use of title tags, and meta properties (keywords and descriptions), as well as responsive design frameworks.
If you do not already have a high-resolution logo for your business, our team will generate a clean, modern starter logo to use on your new website platform. This is designed to act as a placeholder or temporary branding asset so you can launch your business online immediately without delay. You are welcome to keep and use this starter logo for as long as you like at no extra charge. However, it is meant to serve as a stepping stone until you have a custom corporate identity professionally created by a branding designer down the road.
A structured blog content feed can be set up and integrated directly into your website platform at no extra cost. Blog post formatting and publishing support is included as part of your active monthly subscription plan. Please refer to your specific plan's feature breakdown for the exact number of articles included for publication each month (all baseline blog content to be provided by you).
We handle the purchase, technical setup, and configuration of your custom web address, and your registration is included free for the first year. This offer applies strictly to standard-priced domain names (standard extensions like .com, .net, or .org that are at regular registry pricing, excluding high-cost premium domains). You maintain full legal ownership of your domain name at all times, and we will transfer it to your external provider upon request at no additional charge.
Staging, Renewals, and Support Liability: To protect development costs, your custom domain name is officially purchased and connected only after your design drafts are finalized and your monthly hosting subscription actively begins. Initial website layout drafts will be built and reviewed on a temporary development staging address. At the end of your free 1-year term, you will be billed annually for your Domain Renewal Fee, and we will handle the registry maintenance and DNS configurations for you upon payment. This flat fee keeps your unique web address active and pointed directly to your platform.
Please note: As long as we manage your domain, we handle all technical DNS routing to keep your services running smoothly. Once a domain is transferred out to your personal provider, you assume full responsibility for all technical management, configurations, and troubleshooting, as our team will no longer have access to assist you.
To help you track page requests and accurately monitor your website's performance, we include foundational traffic tracking integration as part of our setup services. We officially recommend and support two primary industry-standard platforms for monitoring your data: StatCounter and Google Analytics. You can choose either of these trusted options to analyze your web traffic.
If you prefer to manage your tracking independently, you can simply provide us with your unique JavaScript tracking script snippet, and we will implement it directly into your website's layout framework. Alternatively, we can handle the technical creation and maintain the analytics tracking profile on your behalf from day one. You retain absolute rights to your traffic data at all times. If you ever choose to cancel your hosting plan and transfer your website services elsewhere, we will seamlessly assign full administrator ownership of your tracking account to your personal profile so you never lose your historical visitor data.

Our pricing structure is designed to be straightforward and affordable. We require a one-time web design fee of $499 upfront via credit card to cover the custom layout, initial construction, and overall asset development of your website. Following the public launch of your site, your ongoing website hosting, cloud infrastructure, and maintenance subscription runs at a flat rate of $19.95 per month on a flexible, month-to-month basis with absolutely no long-term contract commitments.
Additional Service Fees: Outside of your standard design and hosting fees, we maintain a flat $25.00 annual fee to manage, secure, and renew your custom domain name registration on the global registry (referred to throughout this policy as our standard Domain Renewal Fee). This fee is billed annually to keep your unique web address active and pointed to your platform and the price is subject to change.
Automated Sales Tax Processing: All dynamic subscription transactions and recurring hosting adjustments are computed and finalized securely through our third-party billing platform infrastructure, Stripe. By initializing any of our active monthly plans, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following taxation guidelines:
Our goal is to get your business online as quickly and easily as possible. To save you time, our team will take the first stab at designing your initial website layout and baseline content for you. You don't have to prepare anything for us to begin. If you have specific text, brand colors, favorite fonts, logos, or images you want us to use, you are welcome to share them and we will gladly incorporate them. If not, you can leave it entirely to our team to build a professional layout from scratch that fits your industry.
Estimated Turnaround Targets:
Timeline Flexibility & Revision Window: Please note that these timelines are estimated targets and are not rigid guarantees. Because we focus on delivering high-quality, customized work for every client, our development queue can fluctuate based on current project volumes. To keep projects moving forward efficiently, clients must provide feedback or revision requests within 14 calendar days of receiving their initial staging link draft.
If you need more time to think about your layout, gather images, or make decisions, you are welcome to take all the time you need, and we will gladly resume your build whenever you are ready. However, taking additional time or pausing the project does not extend the refund window. At Day 14, your $499 web design fee becomes completely non-refundable, as this covers the custom design and asset development work already completed by our team.
The Staging Process & Intellectual Property Protection: To protect your business and our development costs, your website drafts will be safely built and reviewed on a temporary development staging address (example: yourbusiness.easysiteforless.com). Your official custom domain name is only purchased and connected after you review the layout, grant final approval, and authorize us to take the platform live to the public.
Please note: All layout structures, design architectures, and custom staging elements built by our team remain our exclusive intellectual property during this phase. Copying, replicating, or migrating our staging designs to an external website platform or builder without completing your launch and activation is strictly prohibited.
We want you to absolutely love your website before it goes live to the public. Once we deliver your initial staging link draft, your subscription tier includes a set number of rounds of revisions to tweak the layout, adjust colors, modify fonts, or swap out text and images. Please refer to your specific plan's feature breakdown for the exact number of design revisions included with your enrollment. All requested changes will be executed efficiently to keep your project moving toward its live launch.

To make this process as stress-free as possible, we don't require you to prepare homework or write long documents before we begin. We believe your domain belongs to you.
Staging and Pre-Launch Restrictions: To protect our development costs, initial website layout drafts are built and reviewed on a temporary development staging address (example: yourbusiness.easysiteforless.com). Your official custom domain name is only purchased, registered, or connected after you review the layout, grant final approval, and authorize us to take the platform live. Please note that if a project is canceled under our pre-launch guarantee or abandoned past our 14 day feedback window, no custom domain name will be purchased, registered, or transferred to your possession.
You retain full ownership of all text, images, and brand materials you provide for the project. Upon final payment of your web design fee and official live launch, you own the website design and custom layout content developed for your business. Please note that these features are built specifically for our managed website platform and cannot be directly transferred to other software (such as WordPress or Shopify). We reserve the right to showcase your completed website in our portfolio and promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
To maintain the integrity and security of our managed platform, we strictly prohibit the use of our services to promote, host, or link to content that is illegal, fraudulent, or falls into highly restricted legal gray areas. This includes, but is not limited to, deceptive business practices, unlicensed or unregulated professional service advertisements, or services operating in violation of local, state, or federal laws.
We reserve the sole and absolute right to determine what content violates these boundaries. We maintain the authority to refuse service, pause development, or immediately terminate the hosting configuration of any platform found in violation of this policy without prior notice.
